Do I need an account to buy?
No. Checkout as a guest with just your email — your order and code are always available at your private order link.
How fast is delivery?
Crypto, Mope, and Uni5Pay payments are confirmed automatically, and your code is delivered within seconds. Bank transfers are reviewed by our team, typically within a few hours during business hours.
What happens if I don't pay in time?
Your cart is held for 30 minutes so nobody else can buy the same code. If payment isn't completed in that window, the order expires and you can simply check out again.
Which currencies can I pay with?
Crypto (USDT via CoinPayments), direct bank transfer in Suriname, Mope, and Uni5Pay. Prices are listed in USD with an SRD estimate.
I lost my order link — now what?
Use "Track order" in the site header and enter the email and order ID from your confirmation email.
Can I get a refund?
Unused, undelivered codes may be eligible for a refund — see our Refund Policy. Delivered codes cannot be refunded since they're single-use and instantly redeemable.
Is my payment proof safe?
Bank transfer proofs are stored privately and only visible to our verification team — they're never public or emailed to anyone but our staff.
