1. Who we are
LiberaRefill (liberarefill.com) is operated by Libera Investments NV, a company registered in Paramaribo, Suriname. These Terms govern your use of the LiberaRefill website and your purchase of digital products listed on it, including mobile top-ups, gift cards, gaming credits, and eSIMs (each, a "Product").
2. Digital products
Products are delivered electronically as a redemption code or, where noted, an eSIM profile. There is no physical shipment. Once a code is revealed on your order page or sent to your email, it is considered delivered.
3. Orders and reservation
When you start checkout, we reserve the inventory for your order for 30 minutes to prevent it from being sold to someone else. If payment is not completed within that window, the reservation is released and you will need to place a new order.
4. Payment methods
We accept cryptocurrency (via CoinPayments), direct bank transfer to a Libera Investments NV account in Suriname, Mope, and Uni5Pay, where enabled. Bank transfer orders are manually verified by our team before a code is released; all other methods are confirmed automatically.
5. Accuracy of orders
You are responsible for selecting the correct product, denomination, and (where applicable) mobile number or account details before completing payment. Because codes are delivered instantly and are single-use, we cannot reverse a delivery made against incorrect buyer-provided information.

7. Prohibited use
You may not use LiberaRefill for fraudulent transactions, to purchase products with stolen payment methods or cryptocurrency, or to circumvent the pricing, quantity, or geographic availability we set for a Product. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders we reasonably believe violate this section.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libera Investments NV's liability for any claim relating to a Product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname.
