1. What we collect
To process an order we collect your email address, the products and denominations you purchase, and payment-related information such as a transaction reference (for crypto, Mope, or Uni5Pay) or a payment proof file you upload (for bank transfer). If you create an optional account, we also store your password in hashed form.
2. How we use it
We use this information to create and deliver your order, verify payment, send order and delivery emails, prevent fraud and abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Payment proof uploads
Bank transfer proof files are stored securely and are only accessible to authorized LiberaRefill staff for the purpose of verifying your payment. They are not shared publicly or with third parties beyond what is required to process your order.
4. Cryptocurrency payments
Crypto payments are processed by CoinPayments. CoinPayments may collect blockchain transaction data as part of processing your payment; please refer to CoinPayments's own privacy policy for details on their handling of that data.
5. Data retention
We retain order and payment records for as long as required for accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention purposes under Surinamese law, and delete payment proof files once no longer needed for verification.
6. Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about your orders, or ask us to delete an optional account, by contacting us through our contact form.
